William, Yahoo Dell thread has Dell's CIO resigning.

Dell announced today that Jerry Gregoire has resigned. Jim Schneider, senior vice president of finance, will assume his responsibilities until a successor is named.

An excerpt from the press release, reads:

Mr. Gregoire, 47, has elected to leave Dell in order to spend more time on his long-standing avocation: raising horses on his ranch in the Austin vicinity.
