Dear Dan3: No, the items you list are NOT tangible they are INTANGIBLE. You may be confusing tax and financial reporting. For tax purposes a value can be assigned and written off and deductible for the items you mention but for financial purposes it is all goodwill. thats my memory although, I admit I have been retired for 8 years maybe things changed but I doubt it. JDN
