When Pakistan tested India was happy because their tests depleted the limited number of weapons they possessed. If they sell some of the remaining bombs to other countries, India will be happier.

Apparently you are unaware of the first and fundamental rule of the nuclear revolution -- that nuclear superiority does not matter. A country possessing even a few crude nuclear devices can stave off a giant. Get back to me if the Indian Army ever launches a "hot pursuit" across the border -- they never will, not any more. Pakistan has chosen not to spell out the "red line" that will trigger a nuclear response from them. But India knows that "hot pursuit across the border" will qualify! <g>

there will be intervention with India's and Israel's help.

I made this observation last year. If Pakistan exports this technology, the receiving middle - East nation's nuclear infrastructure will be bombed preemptively by Israel with US approval. And Pakistan's nuclear Bomb support assets will be destroyed in order that a launching will be impossible. I very strongly suspect that there are contingency plans in place for this eventuality. Pakis don't have to fear India. But Israel and USA will be their nightmare. China will not come to the aid at all, because Americans will strongly oppose it by any means possible.
