heinz, I understand that Y2K has already generated a fair amount of extra cash for us. I think we're within days of another top in rates. I could be wrong, but Merrill --- which has been so wrong on the market (see, e.g., Dick McCabe-- who always foams at the mouth when speaking) --- always prompts me to go the other way.
