I didn't know you could get suspended from OTC.

I just saw a story about that today. Since I don't follow OTC, I too was surprised to hear about it. It turns out that NASD is kicking thousands off the listing:

Four months ago, NASD officials began removing scores of companies from the OTC Bulletin Board for not complying with a new financial-reporting requirement. So far, 517 small companies have been ousted from the electronic Bulletin Board for failing to file a quarterly or annual report with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the number of delisted companies is likely to hit 4,000 by next summer.
