Mang: Thanks for the update. I had heard of the CPQ move by the Saudi guy and had also heard that he was looking at 3COM and wondered if that was the reason for the recent good performance in a rotten market. The Palm story is an old one and therefore doesn't seem to explain the contrarian spike of late. Of course all of this may be rendered moot by Greenspans remarks the effect of which we are looking at right now with futures being down 35! JFD
