JPR: Pakis don't have to fear India. DIPY: Yes. Since mid-1998. Thanks largely to India's stupid bomb lobby and its supporters. RATIONAL: Dipy's response sounds deranged because JPR's remark was that India never initiated a war with Pakis and so the latter need not fear India. On the issue of LOC: Dipy, you seem to forget what I have stated as BJP's tacit policy on LOC. Indians do not have an interest in (Punjabi)POK and so Jashwant Singh has articulated BJP's approach that a proposal for converting the LOC as a permanent boarder will not be made by India, but India would consider such a proposal if made earnestly by others.
