Paul, if your thread is correct
and you have never sold a share of INTC you must have a tremendous pile tied up in it...plus the $$ i know you must be investing in probably tons of naked puts...you have tunnel vision and may fall victim to the decline hard..

well you have lost a huge chunk of cash so far since INTC since $90 ..you say you won't be depressed if INTC hits $50...how about $20? and the losses on naked puts (they can be a real killer)....at some point your simple minded buy and hold might unfold like the nifty fifty of old days, greed and singlemindedness may will have gotten to you......even Buffet reported in 1998 annual he has $15 billion in cash with nothing on the horizon to buy...he has bailed out considerably into cash and cash equivalents....and he is a VERY smart buy and hold (until it's time to sell) investor...
