Francois, you are living proof that man evolved from apes. Where does it say in that story that they ar cracking down on naked shorts. It does say they are cracking down on illegal bulletin board dealings and money-laundering transactions. SEC alleging stock manipulation and fraud. They are talking about off shore entities. ZSUN has many off shore entities that control ZSUN stock. Once again Francois you have made my day.

The Canaccord head states that Union
Securities has been named in a civil suit filed by the SEC alleging stock
manipulation and fraud, two Pacific International brokers have been
criminally charged in the U.S. for bulletin-board dealings with an American
promoter, and Wolverton Securities has been "named as a defendant" in a
U.S. indictment for allegedly operating accounts for several U.S. and
offshore companies that engaged in illegal bulletin board dealings and
money-laundering transactions.

Just a reminder Francois. You said ZSUN is up 10%. I say its down from $11.07 when stockdetective wrote their first article. Why dont you give us a update on how ZSUN's law suit is coming along with stockdetective? Have they taken away Lynn Duke in Shackles or is ZSUN losing badly and not answering the discovery questions?

ZiaSun ZSUN 4/28/99 $11.07* $7.00 -37%
If you're looking for an Elvis record or a Peanuts doormat, then has ZiaSun ever got the site for you. The company that touts itself as the Internet's gateway to Asia launched its latest experiment this month: Asia4Sale. However, a lot of what you'll find there is straight out of American pop culture. ZiaSun also filed its 10SB in September.

Don' get too excited over this.Just my opinion but, Mr. Brown, ironically the alleged king of shorts (in Vancouver) looks to be scoring brownie points for the upcoming merger of the VSE-ASE and probably just wants to keep his position of power in the Western Part of Canada.
