Don't follow PINC John. But a quick check shows they have not. That is probably a good point for you to make on the PINC thread.

Since this is the CSHKE thread, I can say I see CSHKE hasn't filed. I am still curious too about these allegations that the source code that is the basis of the CSHKE product is purloined. That account seems credible and Rhonda is strangely silent. Really uncharacteristically so don't you think?

Hey John, from that same report:

A key ingredient of the marketing push will be a coupon/advertising promotion to introduce Paws Only, develop brand name recognition, gain immediate market share, and reduce slotting fees. The initial launch will include a 'buy one/get one free' offer promotion designed to reduce normally prohibitive and costly entry fees charged by retailers. As an extra kick, this will all be followed by "Cats + Kids=Computers" and "Litter for Literacy" programs in 1999. The company will donate up to $200,000 towards the purchase of new books and computers for local schools collecting UPCs (Bar Codes) from the Paws Only packaging. http://www.pennystock.com/cashco.html

What happened to these marketing programs do you suppose?
