Wow, it almost sounds like it's between LSI's 0.18 vs TSMC's 0.18 vs Intel's 0.18. Whoever ramps that up first, has a big leg up. Assuming all three chip sets have equivalent or acceptable performances of course. I don't think 0.25um is any good - too much power consumption.

TSMC can ramp 0.18um, I think we all know that. I don't think they have low k, but my guess is that is not needed. ( will low k provide a significant lower power consumption too?) Intel has probably tied up their 0.18 for next 6 to 9 months for the CPUs. Anybody's got any good news on how LSI's 0.18um is ramping?
