I'm kind of surprised the futures sold off that much based on that speech. Shorts may be starting to press their bets a little. It feels like we are getting close to a bottom in the market. We haven't seen that down 500 day where everyone pukes, but we dropped from 10,650 to 10,150 in 2.5 days. We're down 1,000 points from the top. Put/Call ratio was .89 yesterday on CBOE and .76 today. Sentiment numbers are as low as they've been all year. Now, bring on that down 500 day and let's get on with it! (although, let me get out of my Oct calls first:-))
