Maybe TYC's CEO is shorting BEARX over alledged misrepresentative accounting practices by David Tice.... <VBG>

Tice has a strong chance of getting his butt sued for his slanderous comments about that company. They are REALLY P*SSED OFF!!

Could someone explain how BEARX dropped 1% in NAV on a day that both gold and the XAU turned around, and the Dow dropped over 90 pts.? If Tice is still heavy in gold, which I believe he is, how can a drop be explained? The modest increase on the Naz should not have impacted the results that much. I expected at least a nickel increase today. BWDIK. I am scratching my head. TIA.
