Why pay a $2.50 premium? So you think that if Meridian Diagnostics (KITS) wanted to purchase 8.11 million shares of (SALV) on the open market they could get the shares for $.10/share? An individual purchasing a block of 100,000 shares would probably push this stock up $.25 by itself. An 8.11 million share market order to buy (SALV) could push this stock up to $10.00/share. Shadow,I realize that you probably lost some $ in the past with SALV and are disillusioned with the company. However, please use your common sense before making such inane statements. Ron
