I suspect the banking community will be more responsive to AG than the investment community. What does this mean to you and me? We should see a nice drop in bond prices tomorrow as banks try to increase reserves. Of course, a drop in bond prices means yield goes up which brings the equity markets down. Forget the PPI and CPI. If the banking community responds to AG, the PPI and CPI effects will be secondary.
