Harare (Financial Gazette, October 14, 1999) - Data Resources
Integrators, which was incorporated in 1998, is a wholly
Zimbabwean-owned company. Situated in Harare's Jason Moyo Avenue, the
company has three main areas of service provision, which are the supply
of computers, printers and related hardware and consumables.

The firm is a registered Compaq system reseller through Tarsus
Technologies, a distributor in South Africa. This means that the firm
is authorised to market, install and service the Compaq range of
notebooks, personal computers (PCs) and servers. Qualified Compaq
accredited systems engineers can tackle any server configuration and
install any operating system.

The firm also has certified Novell engineers and Microsoft certified
systems engineers in its team. Data Resources Integrators is committed
to the three-year Compaq warranty. This means that if a customer's
Compaq computer fails or requires replacement parts, it will process
the warranty claim and carry out the necessary repairs.

The company also markets the Hewlett Packard range of servers and PCs,
the Dell range of desktop personal computers and their home
entertainment centres. It also supplies and supports the Hewlett
Packard and Epson range of laser printers, deskjet and dot matrix
printers Data Resources Integrators has a service and support
department which is headed by a technical director and staffed by
qualified engineers and technicians. Their task is to respond and to
solve a client's problem within four hours.
