Pipick, thanks for taking the time to post your due diligence on the V chip and ACRI. I have some questions, if you care to enlighten me further. For disclosure purposes, I currently do not have a position (long or short) on ACRI.

50% of all TV's needed to be v-chip compliant by July 1, 1999. Has this occured? Who has provided the v-chip for the tvs sold, if yes?

Licensing negotiations are ongoing right now for the industry? Who is involved in these negotiations?

Shouldn't ACRI have law suits pending in court for patent infringement if other companies are circumventing the law by using non ACRI V chips?
