Who cares what greenspan says during/after he talks & stocks drop it will be a buying opertunity. Stocks will Fluctuate.

I flipped SMDK within 30 minutes of trading by web site,
no phone needed but account showed I shorted SMDK & just
cleared up last nite. I don't know why e*trade does this
because we all know you can't short an IPO.


It's shown up this way in every non-marginable security that I've traded. When you sell it your account shows you both long and short until the trade settles in three days. Why? Only God knows, just like everything else E*Trade does.
