A couple of reasons (in my opinion only) that Cognicase has not had it's shares appreciate higher are that, 1) It's a lesser followed Canadian stock 2) Originally mainly a Y2K based stock 3) Multiple acquisitions leading to the integration fear I am betting that in early 2000, when the entire economic system has NOT collapsed due to Y2K, the true value of COG should be realized. Especially if the next 2 quarters show the same great earnings and revenue numbers as the last few quarters. I think we are definitely seeing the bottom right now.
