Re: Airspan and CDMA - that is how I read it. They must be using and therefore need to pay for, use of Q's IPR. Would anyone more knowledgeable please comment.

JGoren. Missed NextWave settlement while away? Do they now have the frequencies. Last I heard, Bankruptcy proceedings not complete and FCC was red faced over being slapped by congress for effert to broker a sale to Nextel.
