Strategy becomes clear to put the kibosh on the plan last month to merge it with other companies to form new approach!! The deal called for STK to be taken over, and they essentially told the institutions representing both companies to sod off, suedtheir lawyers, poured ***t over the deal by announcing the Odetta settlement and then called for an open ended loss this which sabotaged the numbers on which the deal had been put together! Finally today, they called in their own DEALMAKERS who will ensure that the STK management retain control over their own destiny, at the same time wiping out the capitalisation of their marriage partner which would have covered the takeover cost... work that one out!!!
