Actually, it is simpler. They presume that "conservative" means nothing but hanging on to privilege. Conservatives think it means preserving respect for the values and institutions that have made the West great in the history of civilizations, and especially those Anglo-American political institutions and legal principles which has preserved ordered liberty. With the insidious introduction of Marxist revisionism into mainstream culture, and the supposition that "the West" encodes racism, sexism, and classism in its culture, our commitment to Western values is "objectively" hanging on to privilege.....
