NW, I think it might be a lull although radio voices are saying things aren't that bad already. So far I have been wrong.<g> Options expiry, AG, PPI all on one day. You would think the economy is going to H@!!. Of course INTC didn't do anybody any favors this week. NW

charred nutz...man that's enuf 2 make a man squeamish.....jajajajajajajaja hey M2...seriously....what's your opinion of the SWS/NDB's of the world....well, I guess the OLB's in general...but these at least have more fundamental support (reasonable book value, P/E's etc)....any likelihood of a bounce here anytime soon...I know SWS has the NITE stake which is one reason it has dropped (and book value maybe has dropped as well)....but these things are getting soooooooooooo low (although still well off $52 week lows, but I think they both did some secondary offerings and raised some cash during the year at lofty levels, right ?) it seems they could be a decent short-term play.... Jimbo.
