freeedgar.com Most recent filing for MEMO. Bankruptcy play. Makes solid state voice dictation devices. Business is now good because they switched from selling retail to wholesale (may now be too reliant on a few big customers - I need to check). Looks liked co. filed Ch. 11 for two reasons: 1. loss of operating capital (bank line of credit) needed to fill new big orders to wholesalers. 2. to escape effects of dreaded "floorless convertible" financing. Looks to be a very high risk, high reward play. A lot will depend upon getting approval of a re-org plan that will minimize damage from convertible holders. This is not a buy rec., please due your own DD. Jerry
