None taken. Don't know if it's true either. If it really was put out I'd still take it with a pinch of salt given the fact that Mr. Brown is the one speaking. If you know the VSE and it's reputation you have to know that Peter is/was the VSE for years. As I said earlier the VSE/Ase is merging and my guess is that he is looking to maintain his power on the board. Do a quick search on Cannacord here on SI....you won't find many favourable comments. Also I'm guessing he might be CHA because some trouble for his firm/staff might be coming down the road that he is aware of and now he would have a terse memo that he can pull out to show that he "warned them" and take the heat off his firm.
