Jill, I got a little concerned about the market, feeling that we could could have a huge decline. Then it struck me!! Fear is out there and has been all month. The market is bottoming when someone as bullish as me gets a little scared. There is probably a lot of cash that has to be invested. The worst thing for a fund manager (with a sizable cash position) is see weakness in the market and not buy. They don't want to miss their opportunities.

As far as options are concerned I have not played it at all today. If the PPI numbers were in line and the market went down in the morning, i would have bought October calls. Now i am in the waiting phase looking for some weakness in a few stock to buy January calls.
