Can anyone help me out on the future Cost of Long Distance wireline calls? I know they are plumetting, but how low will they go? Near zero, and we just pay for extra services (I believe Gilder has this view)?

I evaluating a private placement in a company that can reduce LD expenses by routing branch-to-branch calls over IP, but I'm thinking that if LD rates come down drastically, it won't matter much.
