Well, in California 30 years ago most of the public toilets in airports, etc. were "pay toilets". I don't know if the money was collected as a sort of tax or if it was all managed by private industry. But anyway, the politician heading the drive against pay toilets was March Fong Eu (pronounced ewww)

Maybe we should rename public toilets in California ewww's.
