David, thanks for the calculations, they look good - just in a bad way:-(

I was hoping for a ratio closer to 7, 6.2 is on the low end of where TSQD has been trading anyway.

IMO this lawsuit is based on some guy who thinks TSQD's getting screwed by DRIV and he wants TSQD to try for a better deal. Obviously Ronning and TSQD do not agree, they (and I) think they probably got the best deal they could under the circumstnaces. Based on the PR is appears that they are trying to convince the individual to drop the suit, which IMO he probably should.

Who filed the lawsuit? I assume we'll all be getting letters soon to join the class action lawsuit, personally I will respond with a request that they drop the suit - unless someone can show any benefit of waiting any longer for a better deal.

My guess is the person who filed the suit bought a bunch of TSQD at a ratio higher than 6.2, and at a higher price - sour grapes.

Perhaps if TSQD gets oversold and the suit is dropped TSQD can attract some new suppport and get ~6, but the uncertainty and the extended time frame will no doubt hurt TSQD in the short term.

Bummer

David,

I spent 5 minutes looking at the TSQD lawsuit, and here's what I found:

The suit was filed by Stanford Fingerhood of NY, his address and phone number can be looked up in Yahoo people search.

As I suspected, he's bitching because he thinks Ronning got a better deal than the rest of us, and Stanford think TSQD should sell the DRIV shares to make TSQD more profitable on its own! LOL!!!

Obviously doesn't have a clue, too much time on his hands. I'm gonna look into this a little more before posting anything on the SI thread, but I suspect some polite e-mails or calls for TSQD shareholders might convince him his suit is frivolous, and TSQD can avoid the costs and delay of this lawsuit.

I spoke with TSQD, they are dumbfounded, and they're hoping to avoid the lawsuit alltogether - it certainly wouldn't be to TSQD shareholders benefit to sue their own company, not enough $ to go around IMO.

I just wanted to give you a heads up, I'll try to post something next week when I get some more info. Apparently TSQD filed something with the SEC yesterday that mentions the lawsuit.

I don't know if Stanford is on SI, but I did find an interesting one time only post on RB:

Good luck.
