BG, I could not find any insider trading reports; however management owns a lot of shares in Cognicase and have not sold, yet. Check the annual report. I held some shares and then sold them a couple of months ago to buy QCOM. It was a good move; since COGI went down by another 20% and QCOM went up +35%. Although come next February or March perhaps Cogincase will prove that they are more than a Y2K company and have integrated all their acquisitions. Cogincase can move and did so last November to January when it doubled people's money or more. Have we reached the bottom?? Since the stock has been in a downward trend for most of the year; it is best to wait for a reversal to confirm the bottom. Do your own DD and good luck, it might be the pick of 2000. However why buy a Prince if you can buy King such as CGI or a possible Gorilla of outsourcing like IBM?

Cheers,

David
