The refinery was refusing to take HHL.a's oil & charging too high of a price; ... now they are together. If CEO gets bondholders & courts on side .. shareholders will do well ! Yes high risk.

So the higher the share price .. bondholders may take shares/bank loans etc. .. HHL.A has a lot of cheap oil that was shut in . It's up to the courts to settle.

( I do not now own it .. hoping for weakness to reenter maybe ?)
