the bond holders are not expected to win as the last agreement was not entered into the courts log the agreement we now have is the same as before hurricane got back on their feet except we now have the majority owner ship at 69 % where as before when we were down and out we would only have had 51% big difference when you have bargaining power i think the ceo will win over the bondholders when he shows them how much money this company can win and the courts are still going by this agreement this was the last one entered in their records.
