NETR is an empty shell. The only attraction it had was that
it was an IPO. The timing was screwed up so the IPO fizzled.

Since the first news of a possible IPO NETR has not shown any
growth meriting a typical IPO run up. That's why the timing was
important.

Frankly, NETR would be a good short. It has lots of money now, so
if management invests it wisely, you may see some good eventually.

NAVR is the better bet of the two. Once all the disenchanted
have liquidated their holdings you will see NAVR inch upwards. Having no
longer the burden of covering NETR's losses, we may see some good.

However, that said, I think in the weeks ahead there will be greener pastures
out there as the overall market will get jolted a bit. JMHO
