Tim, I have heard now from two different high level sources that LU and COMS are negotiating - not that that is uncommon - COMS did hold talks with Ericsson (thats a fact) and companies frequently are in aquisitions talks - still does not mean a deal will happen - probably only 10-10% of the time do talks actually lead to a deal, but what I am hearing is that they indeed are talking...
