Caxton: Thanks. Value your opinion on this, since you have kept up. My own knowledge on this is spotty at best. And that is even though IMO NextWave could be a major means of breaking through the "last mile"data bottleneck.

When and if the FCC and the courts permit.

Might be OT, but could the FCC accept stock in lieu of cash? If so, offer them some options to induce them to stop being a pain in the a** and let NextWave get on with business.
