I like that idea. You can provide the final filtered (and appropriately worded) items to Noam. You know better than I (and most of us) what questions are fair to ask, and how they should be worded.

Could you add a little color/flavor to any functional organizational changes MRVC has undertaken in the past year to address the longer sales cycle and client relationship establishment required in the Carrier Market. Not in terms of specific headcount or "hotshots" hired from competitors, but in terms of providing a single dedicated Client Account Manager whose continuous responsibility is Customer satisfaction pre- AND post-sale. Are stock options a part of the Sales Incentive Program? (Your salary is $100K.)

With regard to the pending spin-off of Optical Access, you have indicated that this should be completed within 6 months. How soon do you expect to be able to announce the selection of a lead underwriter? Would significant market weakness adversely affect these plans?
