FGI/HLX

Sometime ago, Big Dog expressed opinion that the FGI/HLX merger is almost guaranteed. But HLX shareholders are in complete disarray and a lot of them are the most confused folks. Many of them voted against the merger. And the fact that FGI/HLX does not move in tandem suggests, it seems, that the street is far from being certain about the success of their merger. With my large position in HLX, this makes me feel uneasy, for I am afraid that in case of merger failure HLX would be massacred.
