Here are 4 questions for starters: 1) What is the profit model for HyperChannel? Is it commission based or fee based? What kind of revenue and earnings potential is there here in the next 1, 2, and 5 years? Is there an intent to IPO in the future here? 2) Will the IPO of OA just be for a portion (tracking stock) or the whole company? Will MRVC investors be allowed to participate? 3) The Beta and ship dates of the new products appear to be slipping. Could they breakout, by product; status (Alpha, Beta, etc), the number of Beta clients, the projected first ship date, and whether they anticipate fast or slow ramps. Also, could they provide more specifics on the downsizing of the OSR8040 Linux router hardware? 4) Can they clarify how the 3 major routers (Zuma, Aranea and OSR8040) differ and what market segments they are aimed at? Why three separate development teams? Will the products' SW and hardware features tend to grow closer over time?
