To all: These products are poised for FDA approval. They are currently being sold in foreign countries yet need an FDA approval to be marketed in the US. Meridian Diagnostics, (KITS) is in a position to "fast-track" an FDA approval approval for these products. Meridian Diagnostics needs these products in their inventory which is why they have apparently made an offer to purchase (SALV) at a premium price. IMHO, there is minimal downside to purchase (SALV) at these undervalued prices. Once the products are FDA approved, these products could generate several hundred million $ annually in the US alone. FIXN- i am still amazed at where this stock is trading.. first you have all the contracts with the different stars.. you have espn doing an interview with sammy sosa eating his famous fixins..you have major league contracts,big time stars in each area drawing attention to it,even derek jeter during the playoffs showing off his cereal and this stocks goes nowhere...i said this 6 months ago and i will say it again,one day this cereal will be mentioned in the same breathe and comparison to wheaties...but for now the penny players will not be able to move this because the mm never make the spread worth any real volume... probably the same problem with qsti..
