Yes! Sell everything! Everyone sell, so you can give the govt. all the proceeds in cap. gains tax. Willie isn't done spending all your 'surplus' yet. Wants more, much more. I forgot, it's only a surplus when democratic congress wants to spend it. Opps, the g-speak secret is out, sorry.
