The divergence between the hot stocks and much of the market is wider than it has been for decades. I think these will drop but not to the point of coming down to earth (ie real world or real time valuations). The retreat this week should not have come as a surprise - it was orderly and there was not the "blood in the streets" degree of panic that signals a reversal is at hand. At this point more downside is likely and if we get a rally it's not likely to be a convincing one, IMO.

I hope things get real bloody - I like the sound of pigs squeeling!
