How do you know they were independent? Isn't is an unusual coincidence that both companies announce at the same time?

Also, one wonders about the terms of the deal between GPGI and the company setting up the turnkey pilot operation. And if this is not being paid for directly by GPGI I would guess there is a piece, possibly a significant piece, of the action committed to the new outfit.
