Jon, if ownership is below the mandatory reporting percentage, you are unlikely to find them listed. Just as Warren B. never announces his purchasing habits until he is required to. (and after he has picked up a nice piece of the pie...to pre-announce would telegraph your move, and make the cost of purchase increase.)

A treatise on the methodology and psychology of attacks on the confidence of investors. (For example, the October Syndrome) By Dr. Richard Geist of Harvard U. Understanding this might help in the decision making process of buying, holding, or selling, and in the avoidance of being swayed by external forces with vested interests. I might also add, there are bullish interests acting in the opposite manner at times.
