(My Business News Today) - Today supercompany Rambus (RMBS) fueled speculation that it would buy the United States of America when they signed a promisary note in the amount of $25 trillion dollars (US).
Rambus Inc. which started as an Intellectual Property (IP) company which designed a faster memory for the semiconductor industry (RDRAM); then the giant conquered the cellular phone industry (RCDMA); they proceeded to dominate the internet space by purchasing the merged companies Yahoo and AOL (RAOL); Finally their research and development staff found a cure for cancer, the easy to swallow once a month pill (RMBS187654).
The company grew revenues and earnings at an astonishing 55,000% year over year. The company still has it's skeptics though; longtime follower Don Green says, "70-20-10" and "the P/E is too high.", another longtime follower Unclewest sums it up differently, "drip..drip..drip."
