Looks negative to me. Insiders are selling 21.5 million shares of stock which is about 10x average daily volume. That leaves $1.5 billion in debt, preferred and common stock. Would have to read the SEC filing to get the details. Stock dilution and increased interest payments. Could create a good buying opportunity in this frosty market environment.
