EepOpp, The put/call was a regular visitor to numbers >1.00 in the late 80's and early 90's. I looked for this figure as a sentiment indicator before good ole' FNN turned into pop-rock CNBC. I haven't seen it above 1.00 for a long time, so this is good news for the bulls. Maybe another day, maybe not.

VIX probably equally extreme

such measures are the greatest contrary indicators on the planet
