In the interests of full disclosure, in predictable fashion, noteworthy and relevant information was omitted in the preceding post on the conversion price. At present levels, the conversion price is facing imminent decline unless the closing bid rises from its current level at 4 5/8 to above 5 1/16 on Monday. The price again is at a point where the conversion level will continue to fall in the absence of a signicant (9%)percentage increase in price. From this, one might conclude reasonably that efforts to defend the price by artificial mechanisms (i.e. news of material fundamental improvement in the company) are failing, if not futile.
