OT-Well, GET IN AOL- their earnings are next week...if you can catch the wave on Monday, DO SO. There could be a dip early, but who knows in this crazy market... Expecting a split announcement. If not AOL, look at QCOM.

For the six months ended June 30, 1999, Netradio officials reported that revenue rose 259 percent to $406,000, up from the $113,000 reported in the year-earlier period. Losses increased 310 percent to $5 million, or 88 cents per share, for the first six months of this year, up from the $1.3 million, or 22 cents per share, reported in the comparable 1998 period.

If they lose at this rate ($5 mil per 6-months), they will run out of the ipo money in 3-years starting?? (if it started a year back, they have 2 to 2 1/2 years left. Doubt if they can raise any more funds.

There is, of course, the CAYMAN ISLANDS.

41 million visitors to NetRadio site in August 99 alone is not exactly shabby:

<<<According to AMR Research, an independent
consulting firm that monitors Web site traffic, in
August 1999 41 million different users, each of
whom was counted only once, listened to one or
more of 120 music and news audio channels. Traffic
verification company I/Pro has also estimated that
in August 1999 the average time a visitor spent
listening to any of their audio channels was
approximately 28 minutes. Vying competitively for
the ears of Web surfers are Yahoo's Broadcast.com,
America Online's Spinner.com, and Viacom's Imagine
Radio. >>>

In fact, NetRadio should land some
pretty good advertising contracts and
sell very successfully....ig they can begin
to really hook in a good % of their audience.

This part is anything but "Bleak".
