What about just letting them test.....
I admire you for consistency. If we want to allow everyone who doesn't drool on their gun to own one, then we might as well allow every country that wants to feel macho to build a nuke. It's those Columbine incidents with nukes that worry me a bit. Couldn't we at least have a 5 minute background check before they detonate one?

DCF, let's get this straight, according to you, all Nations are evil and can't be trusted except the US. For we would be the only ones to honor a treaty is that correct? Now exactly how many wars has China started in the last 300 years and how many has the US started?
