gigantic world wide bureaucracies
Are there any tiny world wide bureaucracies? It brings up that whole question of what can an individual do? Let's see I'm going to get together with two of my closest friends and achieve world peace? No it doesn't seem likely. Hmm okay me an a couple other people are going feed the hungry people of the world, Errr. Maybe a few paid staffers should stop soil erosion in the farms and forests of the world. Boy, this makes you scratch your head, how do you divide up the problems into little enough pieces that it only takes 100,000,000 tiny bureacracies to have an effect? - Suggestions?
